It uncovers how flavour combinations are created and assure you that Indian cooking is not as complex as you may think. After a relaxed session of learning you can appreciate the fruits of your labour and enjoy the food you have made.

Proposed dishes will be sent to you prior to the class and will include the following:
2 meat, chicken or fish dishes
1 vegetable or lentil dish
2 sides consisting of rice, pilaus, chapattis, naan breads, chutneys, raitas, salads, etc.
